HAPPY H/D HOLIDAYS, ROSIVAN!

Author's Notes: Dear rosivan, you gave such an excellent list of prompts that you really deserved someone who would read through them and deliver something absolutely perfect and spot-on. Tragically, what you received was me, and I read that you wanted humour, the Ministry and a gay bar and then this happened. The good news is that you can easily pretend that due to tragic weather conditions you have no internet connection now or at any time in the future if you finish this and think: ‘But all I wanted was Parseltongue!! Why do the Fates deny me?!’ Fingers crossed that was not the dream that has sustained you through this bleak winter. Many thanks to my fabulous betas and the lovely mods! All remaining mistakes are my own work.
