PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR ASSIGNMENT NO LATER THAN AUGUST 22ND. If we do not hear from you by then (and after many attempts to reach you), we will assume that you no longer wish to participate and you will be excluded from the fest.
In the coming weeks, we will be posting for both pinch-hitters and volunteer betas. Please considering signing up, especially as a pinch-hitter as we need them all throughout the fest process, not just at the last minute. We've brought in pinch-hitters in the past as early as a week after assignments were sent, so...if you're worried that you could never handle the time crunch, and that's the only thing stopping you, sign up anyway! We will always ask you about time constraints before assigning you to anyone.
