This was such an intriguing fic! You really had this entire world developed!

I really loved that you had Harry and Draco end up together in some fashion, even if it's not the exact happy ending - at least they had each other.

Anna, I must confess that this was one of the fics that I skipped during H/D Hols last year, because the summary seemed really complicate and the idea of time travelling didn't really appeal to me. Still, a week or so ago I read Bond, and even though I didn't comment on it (I just felt... I dunno, intimidated by the huge amount of comments that were already written and felt like nothing that I could write would be interesting to you in anyway), it got me deeply engaged for several days. I just loved the story, and it is a shame I hadn't read it before, but oh well, you posted it during a time I as not active in fandom.

In any case, I remembered reading your name in the table of Reveals here in H/D Holdays and came back to check what you had written, and then decided to give Chrononauts a chance. And I am SO glad that I did! I was deeply confused at first and was somewhat anxious if you were going to be able to wrap up everything and that it would make sense. How silly of me - of course you would. I kept imagining a drawing with the different timelines and how they were different, and where they touched, and that you had all this planned out and that made me calm.

And you really did. I can't say how wonderful this story seems to me right now: how is it possible to be Epilogue compliant and actually have Harry and Draco together in the same universe! Brilliant, wonderful plot and precisely executed. And the one thing that I really really love about your style is that it is so fulfilling, in away that the reader is gifted with things happening just they way you wish they should - of course, if Draco was to travel in time, we would want younger Harry and younger Draco to know they would be together in one possible future. You do just that - it is delicious to read. :)

On a last note - the scene where they are watching their other selves at the train station loosely reminded me of the last scene of Battlestar Gactica, of Head Caprica Six and Head Gaius Baltar talking to each other. Don't know if you seen the series, but if not, it is amazing.

Anyways, that is it. Thank you so much for writing and sharing this.

Wow! that was quite a take at time travel. I especially liked the Sieves and how they worked and how they were 2 Harrys and one Draco time travelling in the end. I think you handled the complications that resulted by changing the past quite well and I really liked how you ended the story.
Great job!

I absolutely adore everything about this fic. It's one of those rare ones that make me want to cling to the feeling they left me with for as long as possible so I abstain from all other fiction for a few days so as not to taint the world it created. Everything about this was so original and fresh and yet linked to so many key moments from canon in brand new ways.
I loved your MacCauley - his absolute awareness of his past and present and what his Harry became and sticking up with him regardless. And all three Harrys broke my heart - all three messed up in different ways. And alternate timeline cast - all brilliantly done. The way you tied it all up was ingenious.

Thank you so much for sharing!

Amazing. I'm so in awe of just how much work this would have been to piece together. My head is exploding just thinking about it! Penny is one LUCKY gal. (And if this was a walk in the park for you, I may just have to give up writing altogether and go back to mud painting.)
Be proud of this one. Seriously.

So much love!

What a fantastic story! How you managed to keep the original epilogue but with a twist - a very interesting and intricate one - is, well, fantastic! Only it saddens me a little that the older Harry and Draco seem a bit too wistful of what would have been...but I guess living such solitary lives (albeit shared) would give one pause. I find the story behind the three factions absolutely fascinating...before it was explained, I felt it hard to believe, but in the end you solved my apprehension. Pure enjoyment.

this was utterly amazing. honestly. i'm not sure why this doesn't have ten thosuand notes because it was just so creative and OUT THERE. guh, honestly, I loved the addictions they both have and how their relationship just seems so weary in the beginning, as if they've done nothing but hold onto each other for so long and it's just getting so hard to keep going. It was a brilliant depiction of how everything might have turned out, if things had gone differently, and I think you managed very nicely to keep all the confusing threads from getting tangled. The ending made me sad that they had to forever live on the edge of the timeline in order to keep everything perfect but... at the same time, it seemed very poetic as well. very lovely. the title is GENIUS!

Holy camole. What an incredible story. You have always been one of my favorite authors and I somehow missed this when it posted lo these many years ago... such a great evening's read.

You actually managed to make a complex time travel story not only comprehensible but also feel emotionally necessary. I'm floored.
