This reminds me a bit of artwork I loved, by someone no longer doing fanart. A certain ethereal quality...

I love the way the snakeskin curve echoes Harry's shoulder, almost like it's a blanket or garment or a skin he's shedding...hmm...

I THINK I KNOW WHO THIS MYSTERY ARTIST IS, BUT I'M NOT ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN.
