I loved this fic!! The descriptions of the Isle of Skye were wonderful - and really contributed to the magical feel of the fic. Harry and Draco were terrific. I just kind of wanted this to go on and on. Lovely!

Sorry for taking so long to respond. I did read your comment right away, though.

Aww, thanks. :) I'm glad you liked it. I travelled to Skye this past summer, and loved it. And the magical folklore surrounding it.

Mmmm, what an enjoyable story!
I loved the slow build-up, the way Draco got to know Harry without their pasts interfering, and how Harry came to the realization that this was the real Draco he was finally meeting.
And of course Harry would have scruples about sleeping with memory impaired!Draco. :)
Nicely done! :)

Thanks, hon. Glad you liked it.

Heh. It wasn't without serious strain that Harry managed to do the right thing. Draco is hard to resist, especially after Harry realises what he's really like. :)

This was, so far, my favorite entry of this round. I love the realistic Harry/ Ron/Hermione relationship, and the entire concept. Who among us has not wished to be able to start again, mind clear of all memories, without thinking about what it really meant? (Or is that just me?)
Draco was great. both as Thomas and as himself. A great fic!

Sorry for taking so long to respond. I did read your comment right away, though. And it totally made my day! Reading it again is having the same impact.

Oh, wow! What a wonderful comment. Thanks so much. I'm glad the relationships and the premise worked so well for you. And yes, I think, even for people that wouldn't completely start over again, there are fleeting moments when you would love to hit the 'reset' button, aren't there?

Thanks again for taking the time to read and leave such a lovely comment. ♥

Lovely! Who doesn't sometimes wish we could just escape our reality, I completely felt for Draco. And Harry, what a darling, I really liked how you showed how conflicted he was between wanting Draco and knowing that they couldn't be together when Draco didn't know who he was. Plus you had me daydreaming about a vacation all day long, man I wish I could apperate!

Thanks for reading and taking the time to leave a comment. Ah, yes. Escaping reality is tempting at times, isn't it? Glad you felt for Draco and liked Harry's dilemma. Draco is definitely tough to resist.

Vacations are always great. If you get the chance, Skye is a beautiful place to visit. :)

I did not know what to expect when I started reading this, especially because you started it kind of randomly. But I really did enjoy reading this. Draco's tentativeness as Thomas to go for Harry, but finally just going wholely for it. I especially loved the end.

Wow, really good! I loved all the inner conflicts they both felt and how charming Draco had become, even if it was without his memory. Really great job! *^_^* (another one for my bookmarks!)

Thanks so much for reading and commenting (and adding to your bookmarks). Glad you enjoyed it. I like to consider how different people might turn out with certain influences taken away - in this case, how Draco would be without Lucius and Voldemort's influences. I'm glad that worked for you. :)

I really enjoyed this fic. I felt so bad for Draco not having any memory of his former self and past, but still being drawn to magic and being afraid to find out the truth. It was as if deep down he knew that his past held painful memories, which he was better off not knowing. This is the first fic in awhile that I almost hated Harry, at times, for the way he treated Draco. He never should have any type of romantic relations with him without telling him who he really was, but I do understand. After all, even if he is a hero, Harry is only human, so it was refreshing to see a rather imperfect Harry who winds up making a morally questionable decision. In the end, it probably gave him a better understanding of Draco and why he made certain choices during the war. You really packed a lot of emotions and story into a relatively short fic. Nicely done, mystery author.

Thanks so much for taking the time to read and comment on my story. I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Draco's struggle was a difficult one, and he (obviously) hadn't thought through the ramifications of wiping clean his memories.

And yeah, Harry went in with his preconceived notions of Draco, and was completely taken off guard by the man he found. Fortunately, he didn't take things too far, though you're right, he shouldn't have allowed anything to happen. Perfect he is not. Good on Draco for calling him on that. Glad it worked for you. :)

Yay for Skye!!! (I loved it when I visited last summer, and with all the magical folklore, I couldn't resist using it as the setting for a story).

Glad you enjoyed the story. I had a lot of fun writing it. Thanks for reading & commenting. :)

Ohhh! I definitely like this! Really great way of drawing us into a potential case and to have things unravel. ANd I love Harry falling for Draco. And that in the end, everything worked out like it was supposed to. Or kind of. Faerie Glen sounds beautiful and ieee...wonderful fic! *adds to favs*
