So I need to hear from everyone. Unless we've talked today/yesterday and/or you have an extension in the December 7-10 range (pinch hitters, etc.) I want you to drop me a line. That includes those whose extensions end TODAY (there are four of you) and the few people who had extensions in the last two days who are still MIA (there are also about four of you). Tell me you'll be sending me something in a few hours, whatever. I just need to know who is going to follow-through and who needs to be replaced. I'm getting to the point where I'm going to have to refuse any more extensions. Yeah, really. And two of you are about to be dropped - I've emailed you both.
